Attorney, Wesley Ouchi, spoke to NPR-KPCC's "All Things Considered" regarding his Client's government claim agains the City of Hawthorne alleging that he was blinded by Officers in his right eye during an arrest for a misdemeanor and then denied prompt medical care.
